Sunny Hair Shipping Insurance Terms of Use

1. What is Shipping Insurance

Shipping Insurance is an optional add-on service offered by Sunny Hair to help protect your order during transit.
This service currently covers: 
Lost packages
Shipping Insurance does NOT cover: 
Stolen packages after delivery

2. Not Insurance

Shipping Insurance is a value-added service provided by Sunny Hair.
It is not an insurance product, and does not constitute any form of insurance coverage.

3. Coverage & Eligibility

Shipping Insurance applies only to:
Orders shipped directly by Sunny Hair
Orders with a total value of up to $1,000
Eligible delivery regions (e.g., United States)

4. Claims & Timeframes

Lost Packages (Only Coverage)
To be eligible for a claim:
Claims must be submitted no earlier than 7 days after the expected delivery date
Claims must be submitted within 30 days after the last tracking update

5. Claim Requirements & Customer Cooperation

To submit a claim, you may be required to provide:
Order number
Proof of purchase
Shipment tracking information
In addition: The customer (recipient) must cooperate with the shipping carrier (e.g., UPS, USPS, FedEx) in any investigation related to the shipment
This may include:
Confirming delivery status
Filing a missing package report with the carrier
Providing additional information requested by the carrier or Sunny Hair.
Failure to cooperate with the carrier investigation may result in claim denial

6. Carrier Confirmation Requirement

A package will be considered “lost” only if: The shipping carrier confirms the package is lost, or
The tracking shows no delivery and no movement within a reasonable timeframe, as determined by Sunny Hair.

7. Resolution

If your claim is approved, Sunny Hair will provide one of the following remedies:
Free replacement of the product, or Refund of the product value

The Shipping Insurance fee is non-refundable under all circumstances

8. Limitations

Shipping Insurance does not cover:
Stolen packages after delivery
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
Delivery delays without confirmed loss
Claims submitted outside the required timeframe will not be accepted.

9. Ownership of Replaced Items

If a lost item is replaced or refunded, and the original item is later recovered,
the item becomes the property of Sunny Hair.

10. Changes to Terms

Sunny Hair reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
