We offer international shipping for hair extensions, All products on the website include FREE standard shipping worldwide.

As soon as you place your order, you’ll get a confirmation email with all the details.

We usually process orders within 1–2 business days, depending on the product. Some items may take longer if they’re out of stock or made-to-order — but don’t worry, we’ll keep you updated!

Please note that the processing time is in addition to the delivery time provided by each carrier.

Once your order has been shipped, we’re no longer able to make changes or cancel it, so please double-check everything before completing your purchase.

Free Shipping: Sunny shipping method is DHL, Fedex or USPS. We also will choose the appropriate way to express according to your region.

Delivery time: the delivery time is 3-5 business days via DHL, 3-7 business days via FedEx, 7-10 business days via USPS.

Handling time: Usually handling time may take about 24 hours or 48 hours for order placed at weekends.

Total Delivery Time = Handling Time(1-2 days) + Shipping Time.

Important Shipping Notes:

All orders come with a tracking number. Please note that tracking updates may take 1–4 business days to appear. In rare cases, tracking may not update in real time, but your package could still be in transit. If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window, feel free to contact us for assistance.

If the tracking status shows "Delivered" and the delivery address matches the one you provided, please contact the carrier directly to start an investigation. While we are unable to issue refunds or replacements for orders confirmed as delivered to the correct address, we’re happy to assist you in resolving the issue.
