Is the hair 100% human hair?

- Coloring the hair darker rather than lighter when possible
- Using professional-grade products and extra care after chemical processing
How long does the hair last with proper care?
With proper care and maintenance, Remy hair typically lasts 1–6 months, while Virgin hair can last up to one year. Actual longevity depends on frequency of wear, styling habits, chemical processing, and daily care routine.
Are the colors shown online accurate?
The colors shown on our website are very close to the actual product. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting conditions, screen resolution, and device settings. For the most accurate match, we recommend referring to our color chart or contacting us before placing your order.
Is the hair cuticle aligned?
Yes. Our hair features aligned cuticles to help reduce tangling and maintain smoothness.
- Virgin hair: approximately 90% cuticle aligned
- Remy hair: approximately 60%–80% cuticle aligned
What is the difference between Virgin hair and Remy hair?
Both Virgin hair and Remy hair are 100% human hair, but they differ in processing and longevity.
Virgin hair has not undergone any chemical processing. It offers a more natural appearance, greater durability, and a longer lifespan.

Can I swim or work out with the hair?
Yes, you can swim or work out while wearing hair extensions, but extra care is recommended:
- Tie the hair into a ponytail or braid to minimize friction
- Avoid long-term soaking, especially in saltwater or chlorinated water
- Rinse and condition the hair promptly after swimming or heavy workouts
- Sweat, salt, and chlorine may cause dryness if not properly cared for
How many bundles do I need for a full head?
The number of bundles needed depends on the product type, length, and desired volume.
As a general guideline, 150g–200g of hair is suitable for most people to achieve a natural full-head look. For longer lengths or fuller styles, additional hair may be recommended.
